I take time to understand your skin type and concerns and create a treatment plan that delivers real results by using high-quality products and techniques to achieve healthy, glowing skin. 📍LOCATION: Azra Salon Suites , 8040 N Middlebelt Rd suite # 19 Spa Rules and Policy Children + Guest Children and or extra guest are not allowed in treatment room but I do have a waiting lobby where your extra guest can sit and help themselves to a refreshment or snack. Clients Under 18 We offer all but intimate services to ages 13 and up. Parent must be present during service , may wait in the spa lobby. Right to Refuse There is a zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment, inappropriate, or rude behaviors. KC Skincare and Wellness reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. Final Sale All transactions are considered final sale. No refunds will be offered on services performed due to the use of time and resources. Late Arrival We have a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. Please contact me ASAP if you are running late to confirm if we are still able to accommodate your appointment. Clients more than 10 minutes late will have to pay a $20 late fee. At 14 minutes you MUST be in the treatment room to still get serviced. After 15 minutes you’re considered a no call no show. Last minute cancellations/ last minute rescheduling We require a 48 hour notice if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Same day cancellation/ reschedule there is a 100% of service cost fee. Will not go towards a new service. Any cancellation or rescheduling fees must be paid in full to remain a client at KC Skincare and Wellness Spa. No call No show If you fail to show up for your appointment a fee of 100% of the service will be charged to card on file and client will also be put on walk in basis ONLY. We understand that sudden life events may cause for last minute changes , but in order to be fair to all of our valued clients , these policies are enforced in all situations. Booking an appointment confirms acceptance of these terms. Thank you for booking with KC Skincare & Wellness. Payment We accept Zelle , Cash , Card , and Apple Pay. All debit/credit card transactions has a service fee applied at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. At KC Skincare & Wellness, we value our clients time and strive to provide the best service possible. to ensure an efficient scheduling process, we have established the following policies: ❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the booked service. 💳 Refunds • All services provided are non-refundable. • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know during your appointment so we can address your concerns promptly.
